You should work through these websites in order. Remember to take notes in your Science notebook as you explore the websites and read the book.
THE STUDY OF LIGHT AND SOUND
Students and/or lab partners gather your research notebooks and pencils to record your findings about light energy and sound energy. Each student and lab partner will complete a science notebook. In your science notebook write the questions and the answers for light energy and sound energy questions given under part one and part two.
Remember to individually take the quiz after part 2.
Finally you should begin writing an expository paper on light and sound energy answering the two main research questions: Why do we see lightning before we hear thunder? How is a rainbow made? If you are working with a lab partner, be sure to write and edit the paper together.
Do your best to impress Roy G. Biv and T. Boom, and you may be promoted to scientist. Look under the tab for Evaluation at the left for the requirements needed to be promoted.
